MetPrep are able to upgrade hardware from most manufacturers thus allowing older, perfectly functioning instruments, to take advantage of improvements in imaging and software advances.
In this case we have been able to upgrade a 1980’s Reichert Polyvar to accept the current Zeiss AxioCam 208 digital camera and thus work with Zeiss’s ZEN Core software products.
As well as the camera addition we were able to construct the necessary imaging port to accept modern camera c-mount fitting.
